How can I complete an order?
After you have selected one or more items from our range and placed them in your shopping cart, click on “Checkout”. Then follow the individual steps to enter the delivery/billing addresses and payment methods.
Do I have to have a customer account to order from you?
No, you are also welcome to place an order as a guest.
Can I change/cancel items from my order?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change or add items to the items you have ordered. We therefore ask you to return incorrectly ordered items and reorder missing items.
Can I change personal information from my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot subsequently change the personal data that has been transmitted to us.
How can I purchase a gift voucher?
1 : Search for “gift vouchers” in the search field. After you have selected a voucher, you can select the amount and add the voucher to the shopping cart.
Option 2: You can also click on “Gift Vouchers” in the BUY VOUCHER tab at the bottom of the home page, select the amount and add the voucher to your shopping cart.
Where can I enter my voucher code?
The field for entering your voucher code/promo code can be found in the checkout.
How long is the delivery time on average?
The delivery time at ATT Amor, Trust & Truth is 2-5 working days. However, please note that the post office takes longer on and between public holidays.
My package hasn't arrived, what can I do?
Please first check the tracking number that we sent to you by email. Unfortunately, sometimes there may be delays in delivery.
If you still cannot find the package, please contact our customer service on 06202 978484 or by email (firstname.lastname@example.org).
How can I check the delivery status of my order?
We will send you a tracking code via email. This will be sent with the shipping confirmation email. You can enter this on the relevant websites of our logistics partners and track exactly where your package is currently located.
An item is missing from my order, what should I do?
Please check your invoice first - is there a note as to whether the item you ordered was no longer available?
If there is no note and the item still cannot be found, please contact our customer service immediately.
My package could not be delivered and is on its way back, what happens now?
Unfortunately, errors can always occur during delivery, which is why the package cannot be delivered and will be returned to us by the relevant shipping service provider.
In this case, please check whether you have entered all address details correctly.
We generally cannot reship your package if you placed the order using Klarna's payment methods.
Upon receipt of the return, your order will be processed as a return and you will have to order again.
How do I get the vouchers I purchased?
After the payment process you will receive an email. Please click on this
E-mail click on the “Show gift voucher” button. You can then print out the voucher.
Which countries do we deliver to?
For deliveries within Germany via GLS:
We deliver free shipping within Germany for goods worth over €200. Up to a goods value of €199.99 we charge €5.95 shipping costs.
The shipping costs will be communicated to you again on the order page.
For deliveries outside Germany via GLS:

How can I return an item?
For returns, we recommend choosing the cheapest provider for the return, as unfortunately we have no way of covering these costs.
How can I return items from my order?
A suitable return form is included with every order we send. If you would like to return one or more items, please fill out the return form. If there is no return form included with the order, you can request one from our customer service.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of your cancellation of this contract, at your expense.
The deadline is met if you have sent the goods before the fourteen day period has expired.
You will be notified after receiving the return. Your refund
is made using the payment method used when ordering.
How long does it take for my return to be refunded?
As soon as the return has arrived and been checked, the invoice amount will be credited within 14 days via the payment method you chose when ordering.
The amount will automatically be refunded to your PayPal account after successful processing.
If you have already paid the invoice to KLARNA, KLARNA will automatically refund you the amount within 4-6 working days.
The amount will be automatically credited back to your credit card within 10 working days.
Instant bank transfer:
The amount will be automatically transferred by KLARNA to the bank account you use within 10 working days.
Is an exchange also possible?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer a direct exchange of an item. We therefore ask you to send us a new order.
My item was delivered damaged, what now?
If an item we deliver is damaged or faulty in any way, you can of course return the item to us.
Will I receive confirmation that my return has been received?
As soon as we have received the package and is processing it, you will be notified by email.
